The trainer will be responsible for equipping students and working professionals with practical knowledge, software skills, and real-world engineering applications to enhance their employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training in Civil or Mechanical Engineering subjects.
- Conduct hands-on training using industry standard software and real-time project examples.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Mentor students for internships, job interviews, and career development.
- Explain engineering concepts through practical case studies and live demonstrations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies, software, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for recruitment opportunities.

- English, Malayalam, Telugu, Urdu speaking prefered.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching, industrial, or training experience.
- Relevant software certifications or industry experience will be an added advantage.
