Travel To The Sky is a newly established B2B travel agency specializing in flight ticketing and tour packages. We are focused on providing reliable, convenient, and customer-friendly travel solutions while building long-term relationships with our clients.
We are currently looking for a talented, hardworking, and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Ticketing Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to domestic and international flight bookings.
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Must have advanced knowledge of GDS systems, including Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
- Handle reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing-related services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide efficient after-sales support.
- Stay updated with airline fares, schedules, policies, and industry developments.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: No bar for the right candidate.
