Identify and connect with potential customers and clients
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling and follow-ups
- Generate leads through online and offline methods
- Maintain client database and daily follow-up reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support marketing and promotional activities
