Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all group companies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relationships and resolve workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory documentation.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
Performance Management
- Assist in employee performance reviews.
- Track probation and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning programs.
HR Administration
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Generate HR reports and MIS for management.
- Support other administrative activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and HR internship experience may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Payroll coordination experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
