Position: CCTV Operator
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹35,000 (Take-Home/In-Hand) per month
We are looking for a highly vigilant, proactive, and experienced CCTV Operator with a strong background in Physical Security Operations to join our security team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent surveillance skills, incident monitoring capabilities, and a sound understanding of security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and identify suspicious activities in real time.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of critical areas, access points, and restricted zones.
- Detect, report, and escalate security incidents promptly as per established SOPs.
- Coordinate with Security Officers and emergency response teams during incidents.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, CCTV records, and daily operational reports.
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage for investigations, audits, and management requirements.
- Monitor alarm systems, access control systems, and other integrated security platforms.
- Ensure compliance with physical security policies, emergency procedures, and client requirements.
- Support investigations by preserving video evidence and preparing detailed incident reports.
- Perform routine health checks of surveillance equipment and report technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Physical Security Operations, access control, incident response, visitor management, and emergency procedures.
- Experience in operating CCTV surveillance systems in Corporate Offices, Data Centres, IT Parks, Manufacturing Facilities, or Critical Infrastructure.
- Good observation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, report preparation).
- Knowledge of Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Operator, or Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operator.
- Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone, Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, Avigilon, Verint, Symmetry, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to incident management, access control monitoring, and emergency response coordination.
