About the Role :
A UI/UX Designer designs and implements attractive, functional, and user-centered interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms. They balance aesthetics with usability to ensure seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Create user personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design interface elements (menus, tabs, widgets, buttons).
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Present design drafts and iterate based on feedback.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
Optimize layouts for different devices and browsers.
Stay updated with design trends and tools.
Refine designs based on analytics and user feedback.
Requirements:
Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes.
Coding Knowledge (Optional): Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript understanding.
Soft Skills:
Communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
1–3 years in UI/UX design or a similar role.

Pay: ₹11,272.88 - ₹48,407.54 per month
