About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Educational Counsellor to guide students and professionals regarding our Digital Marketing Courses. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to explain course benefits, career opportunities, and admission procedures effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing Courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads
- Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain student inquiry records and reports
- Coordinate with the training and admissions team
- Achieve admission and counseling targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales/counseling process
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
