Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and completing the hiring process. Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and coordinate payroll inputs with the finance or payroll team. Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, maintain healthy employee relations, and assist in grievance handling. Coordinate the performance appraisal process, monitor employee performance, and support managers in performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements while assisting with internal and external audits. Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and maintain training records.
