Prime Capitals Nidhi Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promote the company's financial products, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and market Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Savings Schemes, and other company products.
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets assigned by management.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and service requests.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Nidhi Company, Insurance, Finance, or Sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
