We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in interior sales who can convert qualified leads into successful projects while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert incoming interior design leads into confirmed projects.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable interior solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until project confirmation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company software.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
- Represent Interiocity professionally during client meetings and networking events.
- Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, pricing, and market competition.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in interior sales, modular furniture sales, home interiors, or turnkey interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide value-driven solutions.
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Sales is mandatory.
- Candidates from companies like Livspace, HomeLane, Bonito Designs, DesignCafe, Asian Paints Beautiful Homes, or similar interior firms will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with client meetings and site visits.
- Must possess excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

- Experience in handling high-value interior projects.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Existing network with architects, builders, or corporate clients is an added advantage.
