Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive. In this role, your primary focus will be to educate residential and commercial clients on the benefits of solar energy, convert potential leads into successful sales, and actively contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
Requirements (WHAT WE NEED):
- Lead Conversion: Effectively follow up with and convert high-intent leads generated through Meta Ads, the company website, and targeted cold outreach.
- Customer Education: Educate potential clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, government subsidies (such as the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana), and return on investment (ROI) in a clear and simplified manner.
- Consultative Sales: Analyze client requirements (based on electricity bills and available roof space) to recommend the ideal solar plant capacity.
- Site Visits & Deal Closure: Coordinate and conduct on-site technical assessments, handle face-to-face client meetings, and successfully close sales deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to build a strong pipeline for referrals and new business opportunities.
