Job Description
Objective
To achieve sales, distribution, and merchandising objectives for assigned routes in Bangalore Urban by directly selling Pro-ssi Lassi products to retail shops, distributors, and modern trade outlets, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Function: Commercial/Direct Sales
Work Location: Bangalore Urban
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Plan Execution
- Coordinate and achieve daily sales objectives for assigned territory on a daily basis for secondary and primary volumes
- Execute sales targets across retail shops, quick commerce outlets, supermarkets, and organized retail in Bangalore Urban
- Track and report daily sales performance via WhatsApp /App-based system
2. Field Coverage & Distributor Management
- Conduct regular market visits to retail shops, small distributors, and direct customer outlets
- Manage route plans efficiently using bike to optimize coverage and cost-effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, store managers, and local distributors
- Ensure adequate distributor support for product placement and stock availability
3. Market Expansion
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets (small shops, kirana stores, quick commerce platforms)
- Provide necessary support in terms of product positioning, pricing, and initial discounts
- Drive market penetration in assigned territory to increase Tasty-Kisso Lassi brand visibility
- Convert high-potential outlets into regular customers
4. Product Promotion & Merchandising
- Execute promotional activities and product demonstrations at retail locations
- Plan and implement point-of-sale (POS) materials and shelf management as per company standards
- Manage promotional schemes and discount offers at the outlet level
- Ensure right execution of RED (Right Execution) standards—product visibility, placement, and freshness
5. Customer Management
- Drive and strengthen relationships with shop owners through regular engagement
- Address customer queries, complaints, and payment-related issues
- Maintain outlet-level billing and cash collection records
- Ensure compliance with credit and payment policies
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and monitor outlet-level performance metrics (daily sales, margins, SKU-wise performance)
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and submit via system
- Participate in weekly performance review meetings with team lead
- Implement action plans to improve RED parameters and outlet-level KPIs
7. Asset & Inventory Management
- Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of company-provided assets
- Monitor product freshness and stock rotation at outlets
- Report inventory issues and product damage immediately
- Maintain compliance with asset movement and storage policies
Job Requirements Mandatory Requirements
- Bike/Motorcycle: Own bike with valid RC (Vehicle Registration Certificate)
- Driving License: Valid driving license (2-wheeler minimum)
- Smartphone: Own smartphone with active data plan for daily reporting and communication
Experience
- 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail sectors
- Experience with direct-to-retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of retail shop operations and distributor management is an advantage
Qualifications
- 10th Pass or above (Any stream)
- Knowledge of basic operations in FMCG/Sales/Distribution sectors preferred

- Self-motivation & Target orientation
- Basic communication skills in Kannada/Hindi/English preferred
Travel Requirements
- 80% travel - Role requires daily field visits across Bangalore Urban
- Must be willing to spend entire day (6 AM - 6 PM) in market
- High-mobility role with bike as primary transport
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹23,000 per month (fixed)
- Performance incentives/bonus based on achievement of targets (if applicable)
- Mileage reimbursement for bike usage may be provided
- Mobile/data allowance may be provided

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Direct accountability for territory sales and outlet management
Working Hours
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (field hours)
