Roles & Responsibilities:
· Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability.
· Manage day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including tax laws, GST, TDS, and corporate filings.
· Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
· Identify and manage financial risks, including credit risk, operational risk, and insurance coverage.
· Serve as the key point of contact for banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
· Lead automation and digital transformation in financial processes, including ERP implementation or upgrades
· Identify and manage financial risks, including credit risk, operational risk, and insurance coverage.
Skill:
· Strong understanding of logistics cost structures (freight, warehousing, customs, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with financial ERPs and MS Excel.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
· Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
