JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick up customer orders from merchants and deliver them safely.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Verify order details before pickup and delivery.
- Handle products carefully and maintain quality during transit.
- Update delivery status using the Spotora mobile application.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and merchants.
- Follow traffic rules and company delivery guidelines.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- BBA, B.Com, MBA, BBM or any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Willingness to travel locally when required
