Position: Real Estate Sales Associate
Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday Off

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects
2. Own the full sales lifecycle—lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and final closures
3. Build long-term client relationships through a trust-based, advisory approach
4. Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, and market competition
5. Guide and support a small team of Sales Executives to achieve collective targets
6. Regularly update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports 7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developer partners to drive results
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales experience.
- Strong track record in closing high-ticket residential sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to independently drive performance while mentoring junior team members
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management 6. Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
