Job Summary
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries. This role ensures a pleasant stay for guests and represents the organization with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Manage guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
- Handle cash, card payments, and prepare daily reports.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk communications.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and offers to guests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in front office / customer service (freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
