We are seeking a results-driven Campaign & Call Center to join our team at Renewbuy, Direct Distribution Channel.
You will be responsible for To drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion through structured outbound/inbound calling campaigns for the Direct Sales Life channel.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader passionate about designing and implementing effective campaigns. They are experienced in training management, talent development and organizational learning. Objectives of the role

Lead generation and conversion ratio
- Number of qualified appointments booked
- Revenue contribution from campaigns
- Call productivity (calls per day, talk time, etc.)
- Customer engagement and follow-up effectiveness
Your tasks
-
Plan and execute outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for the Direct Sales team
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Drive appointment setting for field sales teams and ensure maximum conversion
- Maintain track campaign performance metrics (connect rate, conversion rate, productivity, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with Sales Managers (RSM/ZBH/FLS) to align campaign objectives and outcomes
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain a strong customer engagement funnel
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Monitor quality of call, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns through calling initiatives
Required skills and qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in Call Center / Tele-sales / Campaign Management (preferably in Life Insurance / BFSI)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in CRM tools and campaign tracking
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
