Client handling

Has to assign tasks to his/her team members based on priority.

Prepare a Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget for the Branch and ensure its implementation.

Individual contribution in branch business.

Upgraded knowledge about immigration.
-
Achieving monthly sales target.
-
Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management.

Converting inquiries into enrolments
-
Achieving branch enrolment & visa targets
-
To help the team to implement process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer.

Ensure that training is given to the team members.
-
Has to coordinate with Marketing, Accounts and Immigration in case of issues related to Immigration & Consultants.

Give projections & plan for the same.
-
Has to ensure relieving formalities and other related issues handled efficiently and effectively by his/her team members.

Conflict resolution.
Skills / Attributes Required
- Apply only, if you have min. 6 month experience in Sales profile.
- Willing to Work from Office.
- Good Communication Skill/Fluent in english
- Preference to the immediate joiners
