Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a database of pharmacies, distributors, and potential clients
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client communication
- Track inquiries, orders, and lead status in a structured format
- Ensure timely responses to all client interactions
- Assist in field visits and client meetings when required
- Support basic marketing activities (content coordination, social media updates, campaign support)
- Help in competitor research and market insights gathering
