Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. The candidate should have experience in industrial electrical maintenance and a strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in CNC machines, VMCs, compressors, pumps, and other production equipment.
- Maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control circuits.
- Monitor power distribution systems and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Maintain spare parts inventory related to electrical systems.
Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Valid electrical license preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing environments is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary
As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
