Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in visa or immigration sales for any country and possess excellent communication and counselling skills. The role involves understanding client requirements, generating conversions, and guiding clients through the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa services.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and service offerings.
- Coordinate with the Case Management team for smooth client onboarding and processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with immigration programs and company services.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, counselling, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa sales or immigration sales for any country.
- Experience in counselling and lead conversion is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
