- Perform comprehensive repair and maintenance of industrial electronic instruments, VFDs, PLCs, automation controllers, and specialized equipment from multinational brands
- Execute precision soldering and SMD-level PCB repairs using advanced equipment (hot-air stations, reflow ovens, microscopes) with strict quality adherence
- Independently diagnose complex technical faults using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized diagnostic tools; create detailed troubleshooting reports
- Ensure all repairs meet ISO 9001 quality standards and company protocols; conduct final testing and validation before equipment release
- Collaborate with technical teams to document repair procedures, share best practices, and mentor junior technicians in advanced repair techniques
- Stay current with emerging technologies in industrial electronics and implement new repair methods to enhance efficiency and quality
- Maintain accurate service logs, spare parts inventory management, and technical documentation for all assigned repair projects
RequirementsAbility to work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics repair with proven expertise in PCB-level troubleshooting and repair

- Advanced proficiency in SMD (Surface Mount Device) soldering and rework techniques; experience with hot-air rework stations and reflow soldering preferred
