Able to understand coordination done by the lead architect with other disciplines (structure/MEP/HVAC/Landscape) and record + revise drawings accordingly.
Understand company standards and provide VFC drawings accordingly.
Knowledge of FSI consumption calculation by DCR during concept stage.
