Growth Executive
Location: In-office, Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala
Working hours: UK business hours (approx. 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, adjusting for BST)

About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Executive to drive client acquisition and lead. This is a front-line sales and client engagement role - you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for handling enquiries, assessing needs, presenting service options, and closing business.
You will own your pipeline from first contact to conversion, working in real-time alignment with a UK-based legal team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and responding to enquiries via email and other channels
- Conducting preliminary needs assessments and recommending suitable legal service options
- Building rapport with prospective clients and clearly articulating value propositions
- Quoting, following up, and managing leads through to closure
- Managing pipeline and lead activity through CRM - tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
- Collaborating with the legal team to deepen service knowledge and sharpen your pitch
- Identifying opportunities to generate leads and maximise conversion from existing pipeline
- Upskilling across multiple service offerings as they evolve
- Ensuring client confidentiality and full compliance with data protection regulations
Required Experience
- 2+ years in inbound or outbound phone-based sales
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written (strictly mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort with CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with a track record of problem-solving and initiative
How We Work
Office-based, UK hours. You work from our office at Technopark, Trivandrum, on full UK business hours. This gives you complete real-time overlap with the UK team for live discussions, briefings, and decisions.
