- Responsible to oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including planning, budgeting, reporting and auditing.
- To play a supportive and complimentary role to CEO, while highlighting any deviations noted.
- Preparation and publishing of financial statements.
- Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively. Preparation of Cash flow, Revenue, Cost & Credit Control, Costing, Pricing, Profitability Analysis, Variance Analysis, MIS etc
- Ensuring timely payment processing. Payroll processing after confirming with proper support documents.
- Ensure all supporting documents are collected and appended before submitting for approval to Group CFO.
- Statutory, Audit & Tax Compliance.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Preparation of financial data for investments and strategic tie ups, cost control, statutory and taxation Comply with financial policies and regulations.
