Key Responsibilities
Asset Pickup & Delivery
- Deliver and collect laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment from customer locations.
- Ensure safe handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of IT assets.
- Verify delivery and pickup documents and obtain customer acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and collections.
Asset Cleaning & Preparation
- Clean laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and accessories before dispatch.
- Remove stickers, labels, and dust from returned equipment.
- Pack IT equipment safely using company standards.
- Assist the technical team in preparing equipment for deployment.
