we are hiring Gold Loan Officers with hands-on experience in gold appraisal and gold loan operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and appraise pledged gold ornaments.
- Process gold loan applications and documentation.
- Maintain customer relationships and portfolio quality.
- Achieve branch business targets.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Gold Loan operations within a Bank or NBFC.
- Knowledge of gold valuation and loan processing.
- Strong customer handling skills.
