About the Role
Infinity Infoway Limited is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our Education ERP solutions across schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT/SaaS sales and an established network within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of Education ERP solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and educational groups.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Leverage existing relationships and build strong connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and closure.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within an IT company or SaaS organization.
- Mandatory experience in selling ERP, SaaS, or software solutions.
- Proven experience in the Education ERP domain will be highly preferred.
- Must have an existing network and professional connections with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
