- Identify training and development needs across departments.
- Prepare annual/monthly training calendars and schedules.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Organize behavioral, technical, service, grooming, safety, and compliance training.
- Coordinate departmental trainers and external training agencies.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend suitable development programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and feedback documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Ensure all employees are aware of company policies, SOPs, and workplace standards.
- Conduct refresher training programs regularly.
- Support employee engagement and motivation activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety training requirements.
- Assist in succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Prepare monthly training reports for management review.
