Role Overview
3–6 years' experience as an EA to a CXO, Partner, or Founder
Excellent verbal and written communication
Sharp follow-up discipline — you chase things until they're done
High discretion; comfortable handling confidential financial data
Proficient in MS Word, Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, and basic AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude)
Based in Mumbai, open to on-site work
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling
Manage and prioritize a multi-entity calendar across MN & Co. and Earlyseed Ventures
Schedule, reschedule, and resolve conflicts proactively; buffer time for prep and travel
Coordinate meeting logistics — venue, video links, attendee confirmations
Communication Management
Screen, respond to, and triage emails and calls; handle diverted calls professionally
Draft routine correspondence for the Partner's review and signature
Flag urgent or sensitive matters immediately rather than batching them
Team Follow-ups & Execution
Track action items assigned to internal team members and chase closure against firm deadlines
Maintain a running task and status log; escalate delays before they become problems
Provide a daily work update to the Partner — completed, pending, blocked
Meeting & Research Support
Research background on clients, prospects, and agenda items before meetings
Prepare pre-briefs, talking points, and agendas
Attend calls and meetings to take notes, capture action items, and circulate minutes
Documentation & Personal Administration
Maintain and organize the Partner's personal documentation — KYC, certificates, filings, renewals
Track important dates — renewals, compliance deadlines, personal commitments
Handle confidential material with strict discretion (NDA-bound)
Digital Presence
Manage the LinkedIn inbox — respond to messages, filter genuine inquiries, flag important ones
Support content scheduling and posting coordination when required
Other Standard Responsibilities
Travel planning and itinerary management, domestic and international
Expense tracking and reimbursement follow-ups
Vendor and office coordination as needed
Maintain confidentiality of client financial data and deal information at all times
Act as gatekeeper — manage access to the Partner's time without causing friction
