Role Summary
The Marketing & Sales Head – Tamil Nadu will be responsible for leading the overall sales and marketing functions of VGP Housing across Tamil Nadu. The role will focus on revenue generation, market expansion, team management, brand visibility, channel partner development, customer acquisition, and achievement of business targets in line with the company’s growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement state-wide sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets and strengthen market presence.
- Drive sales performance across branches, projects, and regions in Tamil Nadu.
- Lead, guide, and monitor sales teams to ensure target achievement, productivity, and discipline.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, branding initiatives, and lead generation programs.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, agents, and key clients.
- Review market trends, competitor activity, pricing patterns, and customer demand to support business decisions.
- Ensure site visit conversion, booking achievement, customer follow-up, and closure of sales opportunities.
- Monitor collections, payment follow-up, booking status, and customer documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on sales performance, lead status, campaign effectiveness, and regional progress for management review.
- Coordinate with management on launch plans, expansion strategy, budgeting, and performance improvement measures.
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
