Vetician is building India's dedicated pet-care platform — verified veterinarians, paravets, dog trainers and pet boarding facilities, all in one place. We are now onboarding our first 100 Founding Partners in Gurgaon, and this role is the engine of it: you will be the face of Vetician at the city's veterinary clinics.
This is not a typical sales job. You won't push a paid product — you'll offer doctors a free, verified online profile that brings them clients. The pitch script, target list and playbook are already built. We need one disciplined person to run the motion every day and log it honestly.
What you will do
- Visit 8–10 veterinary clinics, dog trainers and boarding facilities per day across Gurgaon on planned, sector-clustered routes
- Pitch the free Founding Partner program using our ready playbook
- Collect onboarding documents on WhatsApp and coordinate until the provider's profile is live
- Maintain the visit tracker daily and send a short evening report
- Follow up on fixed dates and build genuine relationships with clinic staff
What you need
- 1–3 years of field sales experience
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence, and an Android smartphone
- Fluent Hindi and working English; strong knowledge of Gurgaon sectors
- Discipline and honesty — visit logs are verified through random calls
Big advantage if you have
- Medical representative experience in veterinary / animal health (Zoetis, Virbac, Intas Animal Health, MSD Animal Health, Himalaya Animal Health) — you already know these clinics and doctors by name
Pay & growth
- ₹18,000–₹25,000 fixed per month
- ₹300 for every provider you take live + ₹200 bonus on their first booking — no cap on incentives
- Consistent performers earn ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month in hand
- First executive to sustain strong numbers becomes Team Lead as we expand

Short phone interview → paid 7-day field trial (₹5,000, target list provided) → offer letter. The trial protects both sides: you see the work, we see the delivery.
Pay: ₹13,352.19 - ₹30,736.99 per month
