Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced EdTech Sales Executive who has a proven track record in counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling online training programs, certification courses, or higher education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course curriculum, trainer profile, certifications, pricing, and career benefits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain daily lead updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students through professional counselling.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams after successful enrollments.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Good objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to work under monthly targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of IT courses and technology is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA /MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or Inside Sales.
- Experience with companies such as online learning platforms, training institutes, coaching organizations, or professional certification providers will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
