We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help build the intelligence layer that powers the entire platform.
Starting Salary: 1.2 lakh
Office Hours: 10:30am - 7pm/ Monday - Friday.
What You'll Build
You won't be building another chatbot.
You'll help create an AI platform capable of understanding an entire apartment community.
Examples include:
- AI Leasing Assistant
- AI Maintenance Agent
- AI Compliance Agent
- Resident Copilot
- Property Copilot
- Smart Search across all property data
- AI-powered recommendations
- Autonomous workflows
- Knowledge retrieval across documents, messages, maintenance history, inspections, leases and financial records
Responsibilities
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Develop AI agents capable of using PropertyDek tools and APIs.
Build semantic search across:
- residents
- leases
- work orders
- maintenance
- inspections
- SMS
- emails
- smart devices
- property documents
Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.
Create AI orchestration workflows using modern agent frameworks.
Integrate foundation models including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini.
Work closely with our Laravel and React development teams to embed AI throughout the platform.
Continuously improve response quality, latency and accuracy.
