Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and purchasing policies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, pricing, and compliance standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance evaluations, and issue resolution processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand trends to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement inventory management practices to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Candidate Profile
✔ 10–15 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase Management
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food, Oil, or related industries preferred
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement projects efficiently
