Role Summary
The Business Operations Coordinator supports the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities by coordinating between teams, maintaining documentation, tracking action items, and ensuring timely communication across departments. The role also assists in supporting strategic, operational, and coordination activities led by the CTO.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates, information, and required documents.
- Schedule meetings and ensure timely communication with participants.
- Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action items.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain and organize business records, files, and operational documentation.
- Maintain trackers and monitor the status of ongoing activities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and information from various departments.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and business summaries as required.
- Support coordination and follow-up activities related to initiatives driven by the CTO
- Support the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations.
Required Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, BA or equivalent)
- Candidates with internship or project experience in administration, coordination, customer support, operations, or documentation will have an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Internship or project experience involving coordination, documentation, or administration.
- Exposure to business operations, project coordination, or management support activities.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment.
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
- Timely completion and closure of assigned action items.
- Accurate maintenance of business records and documentation.
- Timely collection and submission of required reports and information.
- Improved visibility and tracking of ongoing operational activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
