About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the plywood, hardware, or tiles industry and be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to retailers, dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote the company's range of plywood, hardware, and tile products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Coordinate with the office and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Plywood, Hardware, or Tiles industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, or architects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively for field sales.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
