We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel lounge bar in Kochi.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food, beverages, and refreshments as per hotel standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or bar is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
