QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE DME / ITI with 2 years expierience in Editing existing Programming & Setting of CNC & VMC machine.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Practical Experience of Setting and Prooving in CNC & VMC Machines for Alloy Steel
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Sound knowledge and practical experience in Setting & Proving of parts in CNC & VMC machine with existing program.
2.Knoweldge on CNC & VMC machine Tool selection for different Alloy steel Material.
3.Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
4.Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments.
5.Post edit CNC programme to “fine tune” process for optimum performance
6.Production wise Machine maintenance to be followed.
7.Carry out tasks within allotted time limits (Trip sheet Closing/NCR Action plan/Tool Breakage)
8.Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety
9.Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Incharge
10.Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
