Position: Electrical Trainer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Electrical Trainer with 0–3 years of training experience to give practical training to aspiring electricians. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for rewarding careers in the electrical industry.
As part of a CSR skill development project supported by the Aditya Birla Group, you will help rural and underprivileged youth build practical skills, improve their employability, and start successful careers as entry-level electricians.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Classroom & Practical Training
- Deliver classroom sessions and hands-on training in Electrical trades as per the curriculum.
- Explain electrical concepts using practical demonstrations and real-world examples.
- Assess student’s learning through assignments, practical exercises, and evaluations.
2) Preparing Training Materials
- Prepare training materials and curriculum as per industry standards.
- Plan practical sessions and activities to make learning interesting and engaging
- Update training content to align with current industry requirements.
3)Student Placement Support
- Guide students on career and job opportunities.
- Prepare students for interviews and industry expectations
- Support students in finding suitable employment.
Eligibility:
- Diploma/B.Tech/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant industry/training experience (mandatory).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Fluent in English and Telugu
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Andhra Pradesh.
