We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer to join our growing team. This role involves handling online order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting both warehouse and retail operations. If you are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper packaging as per company standards
- Verify product quality, size, and quantity before dispatch
- Maintain and update stock records and inventory levels
- Assist in stock counting and inventory audits
- Keep the packing and storage area clean and organized
- Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations
- Handle and assist walk-in retail customers when required
- Support in loading/unloading and organizing stock
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: [10th / 12th / Any degree]
- Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or retail is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of inventory handling
