We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Argus Safety, OBIEE Reporting, and Pharmacovigilance processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing Argus data structures, and supporting the development of regulatory and operational reports using OBIEE.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
- Work closely with Pharmacovigilance teams to understand regulatory reporting requirements and business processes.
- Analyze and document reporting requirements for OBIEE-based reports and dashboards.
- Possess a strong understanding of the Argus Safety data model, backend schema, and data relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and report designers to develop and validate OBIEE reports.
- Perform data mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new reporting requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and release validation activities.
- Ensure reporting solutions meet business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in report reviews, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and implementation activities related to Argus Safety and reporting platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
Business Analysis
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, URS, RTM, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Argus Safety
- Hands-on experience with Argus Safety.
- Strong understanding of Argus Safety workflows, case processing, and pharmacovigilance processes.
- Knowledge of Argus Safety backend database schema and data structures.
- Experience with Argus data mapping and reporting requirements.
OBIEE Reporting
- Experience working on OBIEE reporting projects.
- Understanding of OBIEE reports, dashboards, metadata, and report development lifecycle.
- Ability to define reporting requirements and support report design activities.
- Experience validating report outputs and supporting testing activities.
Database & Reporting
- Good understanding of SQL queries and relational databases.
- Experience working with backend schemas, data mapping, and reporting datasets.
- Ability to understand source-to-target mappings and data lineage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or Life Sciences domain.
- Knowledge of regulatory reports such as PSUR, PBRER, CIOMS, and aggregate reporting.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Exposure to Oracle databases and reporting tools
Pay: ₹414,586.06 - ₹3,523,875.75 per year
