Job Description
Summary:
Visit retail outlets as per journey plan and ensure targeted Secondary Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit 40 outlets on a daily basis as per the assigned the route plan
- Lead and Train the Distributor Salesman (DSM) and monitor his/her Bill Cut and Line Cut (& for Self ) & achieve avg min 20 BC and 15 LC
- Ensure merchandising in the Store and maintain FIFO and reduce damages to the least extenet ( <2%)
- Achieve the budgeted secondary target and drive DMS and ensure proper Fullfillment
- Ensure availability of all Sku's as per the Stock norm of 10 days at the distributor point
