We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer (Fresher / 0–1 year experience) to support manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and execution
- Monitor shop floor activities and support supervisors
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Support in process improvement initiatives
- Prepare basic production reports and documentation
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Identify and report production issues to seniors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (fabrication/sheet metal preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor
- Good communication and teamwork skills
