Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and configure applications such as Microsoft Office and other business software.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Configure Outlook, email clients, and Microsoft 365.
Provide LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
Install and support antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
Perform OS installation, data backup, and data migration.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty and repairs.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide remote and onsite support to users.
Escalate server, firewall, and network issues to the Infrastructure Team when required.
Required Skills:-
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of printer and scanner troubleshooting.
Good communication and customer support skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
