Telesales Executive (Full-Time)Job Overview
ELEVEON is seeking motivated and target-driven Telesales Executives to connect with prospective learners interested in Digital Marketing programs. The role involves counseling leads, explaining program benefits, addressing queries, and converting interested candidates into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course features, career opportunities, and enrollment procedures.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from any stream.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving sales calls.
- Prior experience in telesales, counseling, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Performance Expectations
The minimum expected target is 3 successful student enrollments per month. Additional incentives will be provided based on performance and conversions beyond the target.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
