Experience: 5 to 10 Years in any Manufacturing-Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with New Projects, procure, install and implement New Projects
- Carry out Preventive/Predictive Maintenance & Routine checks on all Machinery/Equipment/Utilities etc.,
- Repair/replace any damaged Part on Routine daily rounds, prepare Reports of the same and forward it to the Plant-Head
- Coordinate with the Production, IE, QC and Plant-Head for Improvement/Modification Projects.
- Prepare the list of all Critical-Spares based on their Present Stock and Procurement of the same.
- Implement New ideas for Automation of Equipment / Instruments in consultation with Engineering Dept., for increasing the efficiency and to reduce Costs.
- Prepare Contingency-Plan for Critical-Machinery in case of Major-Breakdowns
· Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
· Ensure timely and quality repairs of Equipment and Facilities.
· Manage Maintenance Budgets and Expenses.
Finding and implementing ways to improve Cost-Efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of Multi-Skilling in Handling & Trouble-Shooting of the Machinery / Equipment pertaining to the workings of their Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Pneumatic & Hydraulic aspects.
- Knowing CAD & basic Computer knowledge, Industrial safety and ‘5S’ Activities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Instruments /Equipment etc.,
- Problem Solving Techniques, Logical Thinking, Organising-Skills & Fair Communication Skills.
- Proven Leadership & Management-Skills.
Required Qualification: B.Tech- in Mechanical (or) Electrical (or) Electronics.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
