Inventory & Cost Control
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Supplies & Ordering: Place orders with suppliers and oversee proper stock rotation and storage. [1, 2]
Compliance & Safety
- Alcohol Regulations: Check IDs to verify age requirements and enforce responsible beverage service to prevent intoxication.
- Incident Management: Handle disruptive patrons and ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Skills & Requirements
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, organize, and manage a fast-paced team.
