Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, specifically within the Policy & Compliance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PoC setup, configuration, customization, entity scoping, reporting, and compliance data management aligned with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.
The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules along with the ability to work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow IRM / GRC Policy & Compliance solutions based on customer and business requirements.
- Support and manage PoC application setup activities in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Configure foundational IRM/GRC components aligned with enterprise governance frameworks.
- Import, validate, map, and manage policies, documents, and custom controls within the platform.
- Perform entity scoping activities aligned with ServiceNow GRC architecture and organizational compliance requirements.
- Customize applications including Controls, Control Objectives, Risk and Compliance workflows based on customer-specific requirements.
- Align configurations and customizations with Business Activity Model (BAM) standards and governance frameworks.
- Develop custom dashboards, reports, and enhanced compliance reporting capabilities beyond out-of-the-box functionality.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide technical resolutions.
- Ensure development activities follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Policy & Compliance modules.
- Experience in PoC setup, entity scoping, compliance management, and custom controls implementation.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM / GRC
Good to Have
- Experience with Risk Management, Audit Management, or Vendor Risk Management modules.
- Exposure to enterprise compliance frameworks and governance standards.
- Experience in enterprise-scale IRM/GRC implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
