Job Title: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates from the company's database.
- Assess candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview feedback.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability and provide feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
